A Campaign Milestone for Arizona
Thanks to the generosity of donors, advocates and community supporters, the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) has officially surpassed the goal of its A to Z and Everywhere in Between capital campaign, raising $13,263,000 to expand autism services across Arizona.
This milestone reflects the generosity and partnership of donors, advocates and community supporters who came together to help turn an ambitious vision into reality. The campaign will support expanded access to earlier diagnosis, life-changing therapy and meaningful support for individuals with autism and their families.
Expanding Services to Tucson
As part of this growth, SARRC plans to open its next campus in Tucson at the end of 2026, representing the organization’s first expansion outside of Maricopa County.
The new 10,000+ square foot campus will be centrally located in Tucson and will expand access to SARRC’s programs and services for individuals and families throughout the city and surrounding communities.
The campus will include SARRC’s Community School preschool program, as well as comprehensive home- and community-based services and research initiatives. This expansion represents an important step in increasing access to high-quality programs and supports for individuals with autism and their families across Southern Arizona.
SARRC looks forward to joining and learning from the vibrant autism community in Tucson and contributing to the meaningful work already taking place across the region. Additional updates will be shared as plans for the Tucson campus continue to take shape.
