Individualized home- and community-based intervention designed to support the unique needs of individuals with autism and their families.
Achieving Independence Meaningfully (AIM) ABA™ provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) centered on compassion, collaboration and the individual priorities of each person with autism across all ages. AIM ABA is designed around what matters most: meaningful progress, increased independence, and a life that includes connection, joy, and belonging. Services are flexible and are delivered in the setting where life happens, including home, school, workplace, or the broader community. This allows our team to support goals that are practical, functional, and truly relevant to each client’s day-to-day routines and relationships.
Through AIM ABA, clients receive weekly one-on-one intervention sessions from a skilled team of therapists under the guidance of a trusted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services also include caregiver training and coordination with other providers or members of the client’s team to promote success across environments.
Services begin with a comprehensive assessment to identify each client’s strengths, interests, and areas for growth. From there, the BCBA partners with the client and family to create a highly individualized treatment plan focused on meaningful, achievable goals
We believe effective treatment is both evidence-based and enjoyable! While ABA is grounded in data and measurable outcomes, our approach also prioritizes motivation, engagement, and dignity. We incorporate innovative, strength-based strategies that support not only skill development, but also well-being and meaningful independence.
Individual goals may include:
