Transitioning to Adulthood: Guardianship and Alternative Options

During this free webinar, participants will hear from Attorney Emily Kile with Mushkatel, Gobbato & Kile, PLLC, who will discuss the different types of guardianships and how the new Supported Decision-Making (SDM) law differs from guardianship.
Additionally, she will explain when an SDM agreement makes sense and the situations where you should consider a guardianship appointment instead.
