Free Autism Programs Available to Eligible Arizona Families

We are currently offering scholarship opportunities for some of our most popular parent training programs! This funding opportunity is offered to parents and caregivers with a child up to 12 years old.

Please note that to qualify for funding for SARRC’s Parent Training or Second Gear programs, families must live in one of the following counties or areas: Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, and Yuma counties. Some cities and towns with low population density in Maricopa and Pima counties will qualify (call our team to learn more). Thank you to the Gila River Indian Community for providing this important funding.

Programs Include:

JumpStart: SARRC’s six-week JumpStart program helps families who are new to autism by providing important information, support and strategies for children 18 months-7 years. More importantly, JumpStart connects you with a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst® for coaching sessions that are customized to you, your child and your family.

Parent Training: Through SARRC’s Parent Training program, parents and a BCBA will collaborate to identify individualized and meaningful goals for their child over 12 weeks. Through hands-on practice, SARRC coaches will work alongside parents to target their child’s language, social, play, and adaptive skills in everyday routines and interactions. Parents will learn about naturalistic and effective practices and will complete the program with strategies that will benefit their child and family.
