Our February meeting will feature brad herron-valenzuela, Managing Director, First Place Transition Academy and Director, First Place Center for Education, Training & Employment who will share an overview of First Place, including both the resident and Transition Academy Programs and the Centers of the Global Leadership Institute. We’ll conclude the meeting by taking a tour of First Place, and hopefully get to visit with a resident or Transition Academy student.

Grandparents Support Group meetings empower, enrich and support all members. In addition to offering a network of support, grandparents attending the group’s monthly meetings participate in facilitated discussions, learn the latest information about autism from guest speakers, receive advice and training, and socialize with each other.
