Debbie and Mark Schwartz

There are times when the best support comes from people who have walked a similar journey. Debbie and Mark Schwartz’s support of SARRC is rooted in a love for a nephew who has been severely impacted by autism.

Debbie and Mark have been residents of the Valley for more than 50 years. Having achieved successful careers in real estate development, they have been supporters of numerous organizations throughout the Valley. They have been dedicated supporters of SARRC since the organization’s beginning.

“We made the decision years ago to leave a gift in our estate to SARRC,” said Debbie. “We are thrilled that there is a place where that can be recognized within a group of other philanthropists who value what SARRC continues to do to help children, adults, and families affected by autism.”

Debbie and Mark hope that through their gift and others, SARRC will be able to continue its innovative work to allow people with autism to live productive and happy lives in a community that accepts, encourages, and nurtures their growth. Having been on that journey, they want to make it easier for those who travel on it today and in the future.

If you would like to learn more about becoming a Legacy Circle member and ensuring the continued vitality and growth of SARRC’s services from one generation to the next, please contact Beth Salazar at [email protected] or 602-340-8717, ext. 1039.
