Luxury met philanthropy as SARRC hosted its signature biennial event, Swirl, Sip & Savor, at the scenic Mountain Shadows Resort on Friday, March 21. The evening brought together fine wine, gourmet cuisine and charitable spirit, raising an impressive $600,000 in support of SARRC’s Think Autism program and other early intervention programs.
Guests were treated to exclusive California wine tastings and a multi-course dining experience prepared by some of the region’s top culinary talents. The excitement peaked during a live auction featuring rare wine experiences that had attendees eagerly competing for a chance to bid.
The event’s success was made possible thanks to the leadership of co-chairs Laura & Mike Bill and Jaime Dion, along with a dedicated committee, generous sponsors, celebrated vintners, and chefs.
Among the evening’s featured culinary and wine contributors were:
