Employment 101

Employment 101 classes are designed to provide clients with the skills necessary to apply and interview for employment.
These 7 week curriculum based courses are open to all SARRC enrolled clients ages 18 and over. Students will practice conversation starters, basic skills for preparing for work, how to fill out basic paperwork, workmen’s compensation, asking for help at work, and building relationships that work. These courses encompass all elements of not only getting a job, but maintaining everything else surrounding the job as well.

Dates: January 15 through February 26 - Tuesdays*
Time: 2-4 pm
Where:
Vocational & Life Skills Academy, 2225 N. 16th St., Phoenix
Cost:
$350 or
14 hours of ISE or ESA through DDD or
14 hours of DRES through Voc Rehab
